Our hopes are to open our doors to the community every day and offer a safe and caring environment for our locals to come and enjoy themselves. It has been a difficult year for everyone, and our main goal is to get back on track and provide some form of normalcy to our town. Bowman’s North is always offering local brewed beers as well as signature cocktails with ingredients that are fresh and complement each drink in a unique way.

Our most popular cocktail, the jalapeño pineapple margarita, uses homemade fresh pineapple puree and jalapeño infused Jose Cuervo for a little kick. We enjoy using imported liquors, such as Mirtillo Blueberry Liquor in our Spiked Blueberry Lemonade, to diversify our drink list and individualize each cocktail. Using local breweries, imported liquors and wines, and fresh ingredients in all our cocktails is what makes Bowman’s North exceptional and distinctive.

His culinary career has spanned three decades, and allowed him to explore a multitude of regional American cuisines,; most notably eight years in Charleston, South Carolina immersed in the Low Country and southern style cooking techniques. His belief in local, sustainable ingredients and working with local businesses allows him to source from the Riegelsville area, creating exciting, affordable and delicious dishes that reflect his passion for his craft.

When Tom isn’t cooking, he enjoys spending time in nature and weight training. He and his wife, Marina, have spent the last 25 years in Bucks County, raising a family of four children.
