His culinary career has spanned three decades, and allowed him to explore a multitude of regional American cuisines,; most notably eight years in Charleston, South Carolina immersed in the Low Country and southern style cooking techniques. His belief in local, sustainable ingredients and working with local businesses allows him to source from the Riegelsville area, creating exciting, affordable and delicious dishes that reflect his passion for his craft.

When Tom isn’t cooking, he enjoys spending time in nature and weight training. He and his wife, Marina, have spent the last 25 years in Bucks County, raising a family of four children.
