Chef Hagan brings to the table much experience as an executive chef, quality assurance manager, menu creator, and a personal trainer. Jason graduated culinary school at Northampton Community College in 2001 after returning from his deployment with the US Army.

He continued his pursuit to fulfill his ambition to work under some of the best chefs in the best kitchens in the lehigh valley. Jason says that food is his therapy and he can use it as an outlet for creativity by applying artistic techniques to his dishes.

He gained an incredible amount of knowledge and experience and applied it to many kitchens he worked in later in life. Jason’s passion stems from his love for his family, his devotion towards fitness and athleticism, and his desire to be superior in all aspects of his life.
